Moses Oyeku is a dedicated individual navigating the exciting realm of electrical engineering. Currently enrolled in a part-time MPhil program at Western Sydney University, Moses integrates theoretical knowledge with practical applications. His academic journey is complemented by his role as a technical staff member at Western, where he generously shares his expertise, providing invaluable technical support to fellow engineering students.
At the heart of Moses's academic journey is his commitment to hands-on experiential learning. His research work focuses on innovating portable electronics labs, aiming to enhance the practical learning experience for students. Moses envisions a future where students can seamlessly integrate theoretical knowledge with practical skills through accessible and efficient portable labs.
With guidance from his academic supervisors, Moses has developed the “Lab in a box” in 2020, an innovative resource being used by undergraduate and postgraduate engineering students of. With a passion for bridging the gap between academia and industry, Moses Oyeku work is dedicated to shaping the next generation of engineers through meaningful and engaging learning experiences.
Since 2020 when this portable lab was first deployed, more than 350 students of Instrumentation and Measurement and Biomedical Engineering have benefitted from the participating in hands-on practicals without necessarily having to physically attend the university.
