I am a highly motivated and passionate honours student that aspires to use my skills and knowledge to deliver functional, aesthetic, practical and sustainable construction projects. My passions involve finding a wide variety of unique and alternative solutions to problematic situations in the design and construction process with the use of both creative and critical thinking. Working closely with BIM tools, I acquired the necessary skills to produce designs, models, and specifications at an industry level. Earlier this year, I was part of a talented team of students that won the Fleetwood Industry Award in the 2022 Fleetwood Challenge Cup.

17 Mount St - Mixed-Use Residential

This mixed-use residential development was designed with the idea of creating adequate and affordable housing opportunities without sacrificing functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability. By implementing the use of Common Data Environments such as A360 and BIM, it aims to provide alternative ways in which projects are designed and developed in the industry. The main features of the 10-storey project comprise of 78 separate apartments, 2 levels of basement parking, a large common podium area and multiple commercial spaces to allow for a wide variety of different opportunities. The project's central location allows for easy access to essential amenities that are available in the surrounding area which will prove to be very beneficial for the well-being of future residents. The project has also utilised a number of different BIM tools to produce relevant data such as an energy analysis, lighting analysis and vehicle-swept path analysis. These have been used to assist in balancing the designs of the DA and detailed technical specifications of Construction Certification.
