The proposed Iconic Data Centre has a solid expression of Architecture. Composed of a massive cantilever which shows strength and power of the building, it creates an unknown mystery utilising a joule form. All the windows are faced upward to the sky to bring natural light and wind which are unseen from the ground. This building form gives maximum breathing space and solar access to the ground. This space also permits the placement of a forest which will bring green nature into the city. This building creates an aesthetic view with forest and curiosity to the city to discover it. The Proposed Street house shows how the buildings, gardens, paths and road work together to create the 'look and feel' of a street. Well-designed streetscapes encourage connection, friendship, and community spirit among residents, which in turn can support higher levels of health and wellbeing. Proposed design can complement the existing streetscape.
