This sustainably designed residential project is unlike any other; it portrays not just a development, but a representation of an ideology. By implementing digitally focussed initiates such as BIM Coordination and Common Data Environments, it aims to change the industry’s unquestionable obligation to adopt a more sustainable means by which projects are designed and developed. With shared communal gardens, a superstructure comprising mostly of structural CLT, and imaginative passive design, the project focusses on the well-being of those who may one day call it home. The successful implementation of sustainable building materials and modern design practices will safeguard the betterment of our futures by driving the industry towards a new standard of greener developments.
