The design of a building requires the input of a wide variety of consultants each with their respective skills and technical knowledge of the many components of the specifics of a building. The architect must keep in mind the requirements of these specialists and work hand in hand to achieve the best design result with a refined detail of each of these services. The architect dictates the direction of the project, but also must take into consideration the technicalities that influence their design approach.

In this task, as the architect, I had the task of designing a mixed-use program on a gently sloping site taking into consideration all aspects of construction technologies.
